May Morris Necklace

Crafted from 9ct gold, this exquisite necklace is designed by Liberty and inspired by a short necklace made by May Morris in 1904. The necklace features a fine chain adorned with a central red garnet stone, accented by a tiny swinging pearl droplet. The garnet is flanked by two blue iolite stones, each framed by four white pearls.

This collaboration between William Morris Gallery and Liberty builds upon their longstanding connection. Both William Morris and Liberty’s founder Arthur Liberty championed principles of the Arts & Crafts Movement and from their neighbouring factories in London, produced some of Britain’s most iconic and enduring designs.
