The Trombone - Embroidery Kit by Fabled Thread

To coincide with the exhibition The Legend of King Arthur: A Pre-Raphaelite Love Story, these embroidery kits are stories 'told with needle and thread'.

Musicians series: The Trombone

This embroidery kit will teach you the core embroidery stitches: straight stitch, satin stitch, chain stitch and French knots.

If you are new to embroidery, Fabled Thread have created a detailed video to accompany each figure and walk you through each step of the way.

- Takes approximately 8-10 hours to complete.

- Suitable for beginners.

- Presented in an attractive and reusable book-shaped box

- Materials included in the kits: The design printed on high quality natural linen, A detailed instruction booklet, A colour coded guide of which stitches to use where, A couple of embroidery needles, All the thread you need to complete the design and some extra for practicing stitches

- Additional equipment required: Scissors. We highly recommend you use a 7" embroidery hoop to help you stitch.

The finished design will measure approx 12 cm x 18 cm. We recommend framing in an A4 frame with a mount.
