Orders are packed by our in-house team, and dispatched twice weekly.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the items selected and the destination. This will be automatically calculated when you go to checkout, at which point you can still cancel your purchase. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are not trackable.
Due to ongoing disruption of postal services, please allow extra time for delivery.
Our usual delivery times are:
- UK: please allow 5-7 business days
- Europe: please allow up to 3 weeks
- Rest of the World: please allow up to 5 weeks
Christmas 2022 - Last posting dates
We encourage customers to place orders as early as possible.
All delivery dates shown below are advisory for the best chance of delivery in time for Christmas. Dates may be amended.
15 October - Non European Countries, (Except USA, Canada and Australia)
1 November – Canada, USA and Australia
29 November - Europe
12 December – UK
19 December – We will continue to fulfill and dispatch orders until 19th December.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Order pick up ("Click and Collect")
If you choose to pick up your order, you will receive an email when it is ready to be collected from the William Morris Gallery shop. Please bring your confirmation email with you. The shop is open for collections Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm. Your order will be kept for 15 days before we automatically refund you.
Customs and Excise Duty
All overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination. Any additional charges for clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs office for further information.
