Bourne A3 Print by John Henry Dearle

This A3 print features Bourne, a textile design created by John Henry Dearle in 1905. One of Morris & Co.'s most important designers, Dearle began his career as a shop assistant before working closely with William Morris and eventually becoming the firm's chief designer.

Bourne exemplifies Dearle's mature design style, characterised by abundant foliage, flowing stems and richly layered botanical forms.
