Step into the nostalgic charm of Liberty with John, a quintessential 1930s ditsy floral featuring a delicate dog rose motif. First created by the prolific Mrs Stonely — formerly recognised as D.S. — she was the designer behind some of Liberty’s most beloved Classics, including Betsy and Wiltshire Blossom.

This exclusive greeting card has been designed by Mrs Stonely exclusively for William Morris Gallery & Liberty London for our Women in Print: 150 years of Liberty Textiles exhibition.  Taking inspiration from famous fabric designs from Liberty London's archive this colourful greeting card is blank inside and printed in Sussex on fsc certified paper.

Carrying on her remarkable legacy, John echoes Liberty’s signature 1930s florals, hand-drawn with a distinctive interrupted line that gives the pattern its gentle rhythm and unmistakable character. The design beautifully reflects the intricate craftsmanship and artistic vision that have defined Liberty for over a century.

Now part of the Liberty Tana Capsule, Mrs Stonely appears alongside Cassia Pru, Colleen Stacey and Lawrence Poppies across a beautifully curated range
